What is the Hearings Page?

The Hearings page brings together all three types of trademark hearing — TLA, opposition, and formal examination — in one unified view. Instead of checking the India trademark registry separately for each hearing type, Dexin surfaces all of them in a single, filterable list for your active portfolio.

Hearing data is synced daily from the official India trademark registry. New hearing dates and any reschedules are picked up automatically and reflected in Dexin the next morning.

Portfolio-specific: The Hearings page shows only the hearings for trademarks in your currently active portfolio. Switch portfolios using the navbar to view hearings for a different client.

Hearing Types

🏛️ TLA Hearings Trade & Licensing Authority

Hearings conducted by the Trade Marks Registry for examination objections and related proceedings. Includes the scheduled date, time, and — where available — the WebEx conference link so you can join virtually without travelling to the registry office.

⚔️ Opposition Hearings Opposition Proceedings

Hearings scheduled as part of opposition or rectification proceedings. Shows the applicant and opponent details, hearing room assignment, scheduled date and time. Useful for coordinating attendance and preparation with your client.

📋 Formal Hearings Formal Examination

Formal examination hearings for applications that have progressed to a formal show cause stage. Includes the scheduled date, registry location, and application details.

What You See

Hearing date	The scheduled date of the hearing as listed by the registry
Time	Scheduled time slot (where provided by the registry)
Room / Link	Physical hearing room assignment or WebEx virtual link for TLA hearings
Application number	The trademark application number — click to open the full trademark record
Trademark name	The name of the trademark mark as filed
Proprietor name	The registered owner
Agent name	The trademark agent on the application

Calendar Integration

Every hearing in your portfolio is automatically added to the Home page calendar. Click any highlighted date on the calendar to see a pop-up list of what's scheduled that day — hearings and deadlines side by side. This gives you a single daily view of everything requiring attention.

Tip: Use the calendar on the Home page as your daily check-in view. It combines hearings and deadlines in one place, so you can spot heavy weeks and plan ahead.

Update Schedule

Hearing data is synced every day from the official India trademark registry. If the registry reschedules a hearing or adds a new one overnight, it will be visible in Dexin the following morning.
