The Four Home Tabs

The home page uses a Chrome-style draggable tab bar. The tab marked HOME is the one that opens when you click the Home nav link. Drag any tab left or right to change the order — the new order is saved to your browser.

• Mini Dashboards — live snapshot of your portfolio: status counts, oppositions, hearings, deadlines.
• Tasks — interactive calendar showing upcoming deadlines and hearings with two view modes: Calendar View and Table View.
• Quick Search — eight search types in one card: Full Text, TM Number, Class, Agent, Attorney, Proprietor, Documents, and G&S.
• Queue Tracker — colour-coded calendar showing when your portfolio marks are expected to be processed by IP India based on live queue data.

Tab 1

Mini Dashboards

Five real-time summary panels for your active portfolio. Every tile is a link — tap to go directly to the filtered list. Counts update instantly when you switch portfolios from the navbar.

My Portfolio

Shows the size and subscription status of your active portfolio.

• Total Trademarks — all marks in the active portfolio. Click to open the portfolio list.
• Plan — your subscription tier (Spark / Pro / Pro Max). Click to view Pricing.
• Credits — AI credits remaining for Exam Response and TM Suggestor. Below 100, a "Buy more" link appears.

Portfolio by Status

All 12 IP India statuses grouped into three categories. Click any tile to open the portfolio filtered to that status.

Oppositions & Hearings

Live counts of active proceedings, each linking to the relevant filtered page.

• Pursuing — oppositions your firm has filed against someone else's mark.
• Defending — oppositions filed against marks in your portfolio.
• TLA / Formal / Opposition — three types of upcoming hearings, each linking to the filtered Hearings page.

Upcoming Deadlines

Six deadline counters covering the most time-sensitive action types. Each tile links to the Deadlines page filtered to that type.

• Opp. DL — live opposition filing deadlines (computed in real-time).
• Exam Report — Examination Report Response deadlines due soon.
• Form. Chk — Formalities Chk Fail Response deadlines due soon.
• Renew 1 Yr — marks whose renewal payment window is currently open. IP India only accepts renewal payments within 1 year before the due date, so this shows marks you can act on right now.
• Opp. Period — marks currently in the 4-month opposition window after advertisement.
• All Renewals — every upcoming renewal with no date cap, including those whose payment window hasn't opened yet.

Tab 2

Tasks — Calendar & Table View

The Tasks tab is a full interactive calendar showing your upcoming deadlines and hearings. Switch between Calendar View and Table View depending on whether you want a visual month grid or a flat list.

Calendar View

A month calendar with dates highlighted by colour. Click any highlighted date to see the full list of items due that day.

• Blue dates — future dates with deadlines or hearings due.
• Red dates — past dates with items that were not completed.
• Yellow — today's date (always highlighted).
• Click any highlighted date to see the full item list on the right — application number, trademark name, proprietor, and deadline type.

Filter Chips

Six filter chips below the view toggle let you show or hide specific types of items. Toggle any chip to instantly refilter the calendar and detail panel without re-fetching data. Your chip settings are saved to your browser.

• Hearings — TLA, Formal, and Opposition hearings.
• ER Response — Examination Report Response deadlines.
• Formalities — Formalities Chk Fail Response deadlines.
• Opposition — opposition filing deadlines (not Opposition Period).
• Renewals — Renewal Due deadlines.
• Custom — deadlines you created manually.

Table View

Switch to Table View to see all upcoming items as a flat date-sorted list — useful for daily task management without navigating the calendar grid.

• Rows are grouped by date — the date cell is merged for all items on the same day.
• Today's rows are highlighted in yellow for quick visibility.
• The same filter chips apply here — toggling a chip refilters the table instantly.
• Clicking a date in Table View switches back to Calendar View and opens that date's detail panel.

Tab 3

Quick Search

Eight search modes in a single card. Click a tab to switch search type — no page navigation needed. Results open in a new tab so you don't lose your place on the home screen.

Tab 4

Queue Tracker

The Queue Tracker shows when your portfolio trademarks are expected to be processed by IP India, based on live queue position data scraped nightly. Dates are colour-coded by how soon a mark will reach the front of the queue.

Colour Coding

• Green (≤ 30 days) — mark is near the front of the queue, likely to be processed very soon.
• Orange (31–90 days) — moderate wait, worth monitoring over the coming weeks.
• Red (> 90 days) — long queue, no immediate action expected from IP India.
• Yellow — today's date.

Queue Types

• Exam Queue — marks with status Formalities Chk Pass awaiting first examination.
• MISR Queue — marks with status Objected awaiting exam report (MIS-R) response review.
• Hearing Queue — marks with hearings scheduled in the IP India system.

Tab Customisation

All four tabs can be dragged into any order. The tab you place first becomes the HOME tab — that's what opens when you click the Home link in the navbar. Your arrangement is saved to your browser and restored on each visit.

If you haven't customised the order yet, the default arrangement is: Mini Dashboards → Tasks → Quick Search → Queue Tracker.
